Below are the general terms and conditions for the Ātman Mountain Spa at CERVO Mountain Resort.
We want you to relax during your stay and immerse yourself in the spa experience with your body and mind. For this reason, we have taken additional measures to ensure you the best possible safety. For the protection of our guests and employees, we ask you to consider the following: If you or a member of your household has experienced one or more of the following symptoms within the past 7 days: Cough, fever, respiratory problems, sore throat, headache, we ask you to inform us before you attend your appointment or use the spa area. In this way we will be able to react accordingly. Thank you very much!
I am fully aware of the services or treatments that will be provided, as well as my own physical limitations, and I agree to be able to judge the risk of accepting the services or treatments. I acknowledge that if any medical conditions, allergies, medications (oral or applied) that I have may be affected by the treatment or services requested. I have the opportunity to discuss such conditions with the service provider. I acknowledge that it is my sole decision to receive the services or treatments. If the therapy causes me any personal injuries, pain or discomfort, I will immediately advise the provider of this condition and cease further services. I understand that the CERVO Ātman Mountain Spa will make no evaluation nor recommendation - and I will not construe any statement or action as an evaluation or recommendation - with respect to whether I am sufficiently physically fit for the services or treatment requested.
I am aware that it is always advisable to consult a doctor before undertaking any such services.
I hereby release the hotel, its management company and their respective parents and subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, contractors, and the owner of the hotel CERVO and each of them from any and all claims, damages, demands, rights or causes of action, present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or in any manner resulting from therapeutic services provided by the therapist at the hotel, including, without limitation, any claims, damages, demands, rights or causes of action resulting from or arising out of the negligence of the indemnified parties.
Further, I hereby agree to waive any and all of such claims, damages, demands, rights or causes of action. This release of liability and waiver is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. Further, I here by agree to release and discharge the indemnified parties from any and all liability for any loss or theft of, or damage to, personal property.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand that it is a waiver and release of liability.
Our Ātman Mountain Spa staff will be happy to help you design treatment combinations to suit your needs. Just book your individual program 24 hours in advance.
In order to be able to enjoy your full treatment time, we ask you to report to our spa reception about 15 minutes before the start of the treatment. Out of consideration for the following guests, we ask for your understanding that in case of a late start your treatment time will be shortened accordingly. We ask for your understanding that in this case we will charge the entire treatment.
Visitors to the Ātman Mountain Spa are provided with changing rooms and lockers. Ātman Mountain Spa is not liable for the loss of valuables (money, jewelry, etc.), therefore we recommend hotel guests to keep valuables in their room safe.
Please inform our staff when booking a treatment if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart problems or allergies, if you have recently had surgery or if you are pregnant. Also let us know if you are currently taking any medications. We recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to arrival in these cases.
Children and teenagers up to 16 years old can use the spa area accompanied by an adult from 14.00-17.00. From 17.00 access is allowed from 16 years. Swim diapers are mandatory for infants and can be obtained at the spa reception.
No climbing experience is necessary for independent climbing, a waiver must be signed.
All prices include the legally valid value added tax.
We accept all major credit cards. Hotel guests can have their treatment written on the room. PostFinance is not accepted.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area on the upper terrace of the Ātman Mountain Spa. We ask that you refrain from smoking in the rest of the spa.
The Ātman Mountain Spa is a place of relaxation and tranquility. Please contribute to this special atmosphere by keeping your conversation subdued and moving along quietly. Respect the privacy of all guests and feel free to refrain from using cell phones and cameras.
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your treatment or package or need a new appointment. Please understand that if you do not show up, we will have to charge you in full for the treatment. Do not lose valuable treatment time by arriving late. Also in this case we ask for your understanding if we charge the full treatment.
