Below are information and general terms and conditions for the Hotel & Apartments at CERVO Mountain Resort.

ARRIVAL

Zermatt is car-free. The train takes you directly to the village centre. You can find the timetable online at www.sbb.ch. By car you drive to Täsch where we will gladly reserve a parking space according to your wishes. You can also book a direct taxi transfer from Täsch to Zermatt (return). Alternatively, you can take the shuttle from Täsch to Zermatt in 12 minutes. We will be happy to pick you up at the station or taxi rank with our CERVO Mobil. Please let us know your arrival time before you arrive.

TRANSFER

For the airports of Zurich, Geneva, Bern, Basel or Milan, we offer a private limousine transfer in cooperation with the taxi company. Zermatt can also be reached by helicopter in 30 to 80 minutes from the airports mentioned. We will be happy to organise your trip to Zermatt. Transfers from other locations in Switzerland can also be booked on request.

CHECK-IN | CHECK-OUT

The room is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and until 12pm on the day of departure in our 5 room. In our Nomad 4 rooms, arrival is guaranteed from 4pm and departure until 11am. Of course, you can already arrive in the morning and explore Zermatt or enjoy our specialities in the restaurant or on our sun terrace with the unique view of the Matterhorn.

WALK-IN | METRO-OUT

Take a leisurely hike to the doors of CERVO and enjoy a fine lunch or a few select appetisers. Afterwards, it’s easy to take the Sunnegga mountain railway back up into the mountains or to another station of the Peaks. Day passes can be purchased at the reception.

SKI-IN | METRO-OUT

Ski comfortably up to the doors of the CERVO and enjoy a fine lunch or a few selected snacks. Afterwards, it’s easy to get back on the slopes with the Sunnegga mountain railway or to one of the other ski areas. Ski passes can be purchased conveniently at the hotel.

MADRE NOSTRA

Madre Nostra celebrates Italy’s culinary tradition in all its deliciousness with modern creations and refined classics. The basis for this are the wonderful treasures, that our mother earth has to offer. So that they can be prepared as freshly as possible, the ingredients in our Italian restaurant come directly from the surrounding farms and fishermen in Zermatt. From homemade pasta to delicious interpretations of grilled meats and fish, the Madre Nostra carries the Madre Nostra carries Italian cuisine in its heart and on its plate.

BAZAAR

Inspired by the vibrant markets of the Orient, the Bazaar is the heart of CERVO. This is where they all meet: modern nomads, explorers and locals. The atmosphere is relaxed, people chat, drink, meet, eat.

FERDINAND

A breath of fresh air for traditional Valais cuisine. At Ferdinand, only Swiss products are used, most of them from the Valais itself. If you like cheese, you’ll love the fondue and raclette and can be surprised by the multifaceted Valais specialities. The contemporary interior of the chalet underlines the modern side of Zermatt’s mountain aesthetic. Indulgence through and through.

MOUNTAIN EXPERIENCE

Experience the mountain world of Zermatt with the 38 surrounding four-thousand-metre mountains. Whether on foot, on two wheels or on two skis - we are happy to help you plan your leisure time. If you wish, we can organise a mountain guide or ski instructor for an additional charge.

EXTRA & SOFA BEDS | FAMILY ROOM

On request, we can provide an extra bed or sofa bed depending on the booked category. The surcharge for this depends on the age of the third person.

PETS

Dogs, cats and deer (max. 100 kilos, thank you for understanding) CHF 30.- per night without food, but with bed and water bowl. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in the restaurant.

ROOM CANCELLATION

Cancellation fees vary depending on the season and price type; the cancellation fees incurred can be found in the written reservation confirmation. If the guest departs early, the hotel is entitled to charge 100% of the total booked services.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS

Lost and found items will be forwarded if the ownership is clear and the residential/business address is known. The costs and risk of forwarding are borne by the guest.
