Travelling Yogi Kinga Toth

 

Kinga will be at Ātman Mountain Spa from 09 to 21 October as a Travelling Yogi. Kinga’s journey began with vaulting and dance, but it was yoga that brought her true fulfilment. She went through numerous trainings, including group instructor and personal trainer at SAFS as well as various yoga trainings. These trainings led her to found her own label “LakeSide Yoga” and later to open the studio “yoga grenzenlos” with Yvonne Bommer. There she offers certified yoga teacher training programmes and places particular emphasis on precise, biomechanically sound yoga that still conveys joy and playfulness. She regularly enriches her experience and knowledge with further training and workshops at home and abroad, while at the same time supporting each student individually in their practice.
